Currently in a resort on Jamaica and the subject of tipping has come up. The holiday resort is sold as a tipping inclusive destination.

Naturally the Americans are all still busy tipping a buck a drink and we will no doubt leave something for a few specific individuals.

I’ve always taken a view that their must be a fund or a pay difference for these resorts as otherwise they would lose staff to tipping exclusive destinations.

Anyone know the answer? Have a view?

If you get good service, why wouldn't you, just because it's AI shouldn't make any difference? The AI is the food/drink, not the tips as well.

Look after the housekeeping and bar staff and they'll look after you.

The American’s tip everybody, I told one they were a big part of the problem.

AI in the Caribbean I never have cash so don’t tip. I’ll leave something for the cleaner but that’s it.

And as above if it is tipping inclusive resort then no need to.
