Fly and flop for a family - Ibiza?

We usually do a cheapish week break as soon as the schools break up. It has tended to be the Canaries in the past, but someone has suggested Ibiza.

We need a decent hotel on a B&B basis. Needs to also have, or be near, a gym, a pool table and somewhere where a football can be kicked.

Any recommendations please?
