Sarande / Ksamil in Albania - any experience or advice?

Looking for some advice
Have booked flights to Corfu in late May intending to get the ferry over to Sarande in Albania.
Intending on spending 6 or 7 nights in Albania staying in Sarande and/or Ksamil.
I know Sarande is more built up and Ksamil a bit "rougher", but with some beautiful beaches.
I'm expecting issues with hot water at times and intermittent hotel wifi so that's not a deal breaker for me, but has anyone been and got experience of either?
