Holiday parks and hot tubs in Europe

Just trying to plan a holiday for 10 days or so with my wife and two kids for late July into August this year.
Fancy driving to somewhere in Europe this year and have a pretty open mind. We often holiday in the UK and book through the likes of Hoseasons/Sykes/Air BnB.
Just wondering if anyone could recommend any places, perhaps similar to the kind of holiday parks you would find on Hoseasons. Anywhere within a reasonable drive of Calais/Rotterdam (can split the journey if needed). Hot tub is nice for the kids but not essential.
France/Holland/Germany/Italy etc etc. But perhaps somewhere a little quieter and away from summer crowds and traffic. Have stayed at center parcs Europe in the past which was okay. Have noted various useful threads on here and done a bit of googling but still struggling for inspiration.
