Does anyone notice rentals on Airbnb get reduced closer towards when you are going? OR is this just too early for options for a break in April.

I have noticed the frogs are introducing AirBnB tax increases but thats yet to be passed.

I booked end of Jan last year and that place was the similar pricing, I'm noticing a lot of properties are higher in price and im convinced they will remain empty.

AirBNB could make a good market from Auctions like the airlines do I think for empty properties, I can't believe all of what im trawling through will be booked up.

Drove through France last weekend. All prices were noticeably higher compared to Sept/Nov. last year, my French nieghbour in my Algarve condo confirms large French inflation.

Everything is relative but the official French inflation rate last year was 3.7%

They tend to think that the whole world is against them, but Govt interventions tends to make life easier for them. Farmers simply want it to be even easier.
