has anyone got an India Tourist visa recently?

Do they have the link to the real website, google brings up loads but they all seem to be agents, the one I think is real looks like it was made in 1997, so I am dubious biggrin

This is the link I used for a recent work visa
https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/

It was an awful website and experience. The payment took ages, the address field did not accept comma's and it was slower than 1990's internet

At least they're back letting you use eVisa, they withdrew it over covid in a tit for tat response with the uk, and you had to deal with the worst company in the world VFS for paper visas...

Good Lord! That’s hysterical - it looks like some sort of spoof geocities page.

I’m surprised it doesn’t have a view counter, a Netscape logo and something about having been written in Notepad. Spinning.

In contrast the site for a visa for Sri Lanka was one page and very straightforward. The Indian application is very stressful, trying to make sure you've understood the embarrassing Indian schoolboy English. Questions were often ambiguous thus increasing the possibility of the visa not being granted.
