Fjord/whales/cruise- Hurtigrute?

Both of us have always fancied seeing the Fjords and hopefully some whales as well.

Also thinking a cruise might be an interesting way of doing this.

We’ve never done this area or a cruise before, so have no idea what to expect.

Are Hirtigruten a good company to use and are the trips good value ?

sounds great. Can't give you any info other than what you'll have already gleened - that is to say the Hurti seem to have a magnificent reputation, and that does carry with it a price premium.

I booked with them to go in DEC/JAN 2020. When covid impacted they were excellent to deal with after a rearraged trip was still impossible I received the full refund after just one message to them.
I tend to judge a company by how they behave or respond when things go wrong.
