entry paperwork for Philippines and Vietnam
Discussion
Off to Manila on Monday - they have an online entry form from what I can see (have I got that right??? You get a QR code to show at immigration)
What about Vietnam - use to be a paper form on arrival and show your outbound flight ticket - Anything changed??
No visa needed as I am only in both for under two weeks
Anyone landed recently??
Thanks

For Philippines - yes - just the online entry form and show the QR code either one your phone or printed - or both.
Make sure you have at least 6 months left on your passport too.
Make sure you have a copy of your return ticket details too again either printed or on your phone - they rarely ask to see it but I was asked last time I went (3 months ago).

Beware of the scam sites for the Philippines entry - use the link in U.K. Gov site - there is no fee.
I usually travel to Asia on a one way ticket but am always prepared to buy a throwaway onward ticket to somewhere like Kuala Lumpur if I am challenged and I make sure I am aware of the current cheapest destination and timing in case I have to buy one at check in.
