Late Nov city break from LBA
Discussion
The cheapest European city break I have done so far is the Albanian capital Tirana, completely different to any other capital city I have been to in Europe and you can grab a large beer for as little as £1.30, decent coffee is about £1 and lunch can be had for about £5 for something decent in the centre.
I have recently returned from Bucharest, Romania and although its not as cheap as Tirana its an interesting and very lively city with a fantastic food & drink scene. Prices in general are less that Budapest/ Krakow/Prague etc with a more happening nightlife scene.
