Japan/ Pacific cruise in May

Considering this as a 16 day cruise next May.
A couple of days in Tokyo, then 6 other days in places I've never heard of around Japan.
Then across the North Pacific, stopping at Dutch Harbour, ending at Seaward (Anchorage)
16 Days total.
Small ship in todays world, less than 600 passengers, so not a floating Petri dish!
Anyone done something similar available to offer any thoughts?
