Parking near Elizabeth Line stations, West London?

I've got to go to that there London on Saturday, and as the trains are being pretty universally crap, with one operator having no trains at all that day, and another having a rail replacement bus and nothing after 9:30pm, I like the idea of driving down to somewhere west of London and jumping on the Elizabeth line for a quick trip into town. Can anyone recommend somewhere with (ideally free) parking? Iver looks ideal? Otherwise I've parked at the end of a tube line before, but it takes 40 mins to get into town.

We used maidenhead a few weeks ago, there is a car park on the otherside of the tracks that was a fiver for the day. Silco drive I think it was called. 5 min walk to the platforms.

Slough station car park is £8.50 for the day, if that helps…
