Hypermarche Calais
Discussion
My wife and I were going to stop at Auchan Calais tomorrow enroute home to stock up on French wine and cheese (her idea!). Unfortunately it looks like it shuts just after midday.
Does anyone have any recommended large out of town hypermarches open on a Sunday? You’ll save me a lot of trouble if you can think of one!

If we're relaxing the criteria, then Calais Vins have an amazing selection of wines and beers, as well as a Philippe Olivier cheese shop on site
Open Sunday afternoon and also do the VAT reclaim forms (end explain how to submit those at the terminal)

Just off the autoroute, in the town, St Pierre exit (also good for Bleriot Place if its a nice day and you have time to kill)

Carrefour at Koksidje opens til 1800.
We went here in the end, the to Koksidje beach which was nicer than expected. The supermarket was quiet, and whilst not as good choice as the usual hypermarches in France, had enough wine for my wife to fill the boot! Thanks for the tips folks
