I have a few long-haul flights in the next few weeks. I'm stuck in economy for at least one of them: a 13 hour flight. I'm dreading it, but trying to stay positive thinking I may be able to get some sleep as it's a night flight.

On that note, can anyone recommend a travel/neck pillow? I saw TRTL one's recommended a lot, but having watched some YouTube videos it appears they just had really good marketing and the product is crap. Can anyone recommend something I can get delivered before Friday?

I have picked up the following for a couple of long haul flights coming up. It seems very comfy and the adjustable strap allows you to get it as snug as you want - I prefer to sleep with my neck almost upright (to avoid stiff/sore necks), and this allows me to do that:

I have used a Trtl for years. It's not perfect (the insert that holds your head up could prob be a little sturdier - although my girlfriend has a brand new one and they seem to have fixed that issue), but it definitely works for me and is slim enough to slip into my carry-on backpack.

I travel long haul at least twice a month and almost always overnighters.

My setup for sleeping on a plane is:

- Trtl pillow

- Eye mask - specifically this one (I've tried loads, this is the best): https://www.amazon.co.uk/Halo-Sleep-Masks-Sleeping...

- Bose QC25 with noise cancelling on and either no music or something relaxing or white noise

Like being in a sensory deprivation chamber - almost!

Good luck! smile

Thanks for the tips, I have the Bose headphones already, just purchased the eye mask....now to make the decision on the TRTL or alternative!
