So my original searches were Majorca and Tenerife. Each has their Pros and Cons. But now I want to expand to the Mainland.
My criteria is:
No New Builds / Off Plan
No High Rise
2 Bed Apartment ideally with 2 Bathrooms - Lock up and leave.
100M2 + Contemporary.
Large Outside terrace / balcony for relaxing and dining
Close to the beach - max 30 minute walk - I do a lot of swimming so pools in apartments tend to be too small.
The view is everything.
My partner is fluent in Spanish and I'm on my way to learning.

As an example here is one from Los Cristianos.

Had a quick look at the Alicante area but its just full of CGI adverts.
Thanks.

If you like mountains and sea then Mojacar and the surrounding area is nice, the temperatures in summer can be excessive but the rest of the year is good. Lots of whitewashed villages within 30 minutes of the sea.

yep prices are crazy in both Tenerife and Mallorca.
That one in Los Cris is sold. Nearly perfect. Just would have to change the door and window for a slide or folding door setup so as to make the daylight reach to the back of the apartment.
The building complex is old but the flat internals are brand new.
