AIUI, the three class 777s that BA flies out of Gatwick have the old Club World Yang/yang seats. If you have access to a seat plan for the flight, these planes have 4 rows in Club with 8 seats in each row.

The rest of the fleet has been converted to Club Suites, or had Club Suites when delivered.

Florida, Caribbean flights and Cayman Islands etc have old cabins. The flights are from Gatwick and use the older model 777s.

A lot of the younger 777-300s have been retrofitted with CWS, but I guess that the oldest 777-200s (eg LGW based) will be down the list as they are likely to be scrapped as 787-10 deliveries pick up.

There's some info here: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/british-airways-ex...

If the outbound flight is from LHR you will have a new interior. BA do shuffle planes around depending upon hours, crews, servicing and technical stuff.

Yeah. Aerolopa has the up to date list of refitted 777’s. To oversimplify Heathrow is club suites, Gatwick is the old crap.

All A350’s and all B787-10’s are also club suites. BA are starting on the other 787’s imminently and have announced they’re going to refit the 380’s but it’s going to be a slow process.

If you click to book seats you’ll very quickly be able to work out which seat style you’re getting.

yeah thanks last 2 posts

fits with expectation and what now seeing, LHR out, in the new suite.

return to LGW on 777 - we now booked pre econ back as will be fckd - may upgrade to CW later on if an offer, but the pre facelift CW was crap and not worth it, even to escape the 'typical' traveller on these flights, and doubt the 777 on this route is a priority to refurb to the new suites...

It's definitely worth being 100% sure.

I've done a few long haul flights with Club Suites - it's SO much better than the old school head-to-toe BA Club format.

I suspect I'd just choose PE if the alternative was the old Club service.
