I raised an enquiry with Ryanair following a problem which arose at Toulouse airport. It appears that I have been fined inappropriately by Ryanair.

Despite providing documented evidence, they are refusing to recognise my valid e-mail address used on the original booking. Bottom line is my enquiry has stalled. After numerous e-mail exchanges, I suspect that Ryanair are putting up barriers in the hope that I will give up and go away. With Ryanair's reputation, perhaps I am naïve in seeking resolution. So far my efforts have been a complete waste of time.

Has anyone else experienced a similar response from Ryanair? Did you manage to resolve it? Any suggestions of an alternative approach? Or should I give up and avoid using Ryanair in future?

Difficult to advise without knowing more, in particular why were you fined?

My own experience with of being screwed over by a European airline (post Brexit) was quickly settled in my favour when escalated to the CAA

I have gone to CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution)

https://cedr.modria.com

To get money back from BA when they denied me compensation and flight reimbursement. Took about 5 months, but eventually got all my money back.
