Romantische Strasse - signposted or not

Myself and 2 mates are planning on riding this road which runs South from Wurzburg down into Southern Bavaria.

I´ve got the route but if possible I´d prefer not to have to create it for my SatNav using Garmin Basecamp which is so un-user friendly so if it´s signposted as you go along then life would be easy peasy.

Any advice gratefully received. TIA.

Yes it's signposted in both directions. Brown signs directing to Romatic strasse.
