Aerospace Bristol
Discussion
It’s a great place. Not huge like Duxford or Cosford but what’s there is beautifully laid out and tells the story of aero engineering in Bristol very well. Lots of interactive displays, one of which is a section of an airliner wing with working flaps etc. which was cool.
The audio visual displays on the concord are well done too and shows how some of the engineering works that went into concord.
Decent cafe and the conservation hanger has some interesting projects going on, had a nice chat with a guy working on a Bristol Blenheim.

Technically it's a CAZ, which seems worse than some ULEZ's. Artic Monkeys are at Ashton Gate at 1700, so I'd be wary of traffic heading there. Be careful parking round Clifton too, as lots of it is residents permits only. Other than that it's a nice enough area. We might be wandering round Clifton village tomorrow afternoon.

This is the sort of advice you can't buy as I would be going past here. Maybe I'll pass on Clifton bridge or do it on the way there.
But saying that Master FSD has picked up a high temp today so this advice maybe null and void.
