Frustration encountered already with my 1st attempt at an all inclusive package holiday.

Seems I cannot book my seats on the way out because the booking that way is through “citizen plane”.
I booked through Lastminute but the PNR issued doesn’t look like a PNR or work with the Airline….

(The Way back has been no issue - seperate PNR)

This also seems to mean I cannot check in online before leaving so have to join the queues of “people with paperwork” & have been advised €5ea for the privilege - I never understood why there was so many folk still printing stuff (I’ve even got an Atol certificate!) & creating queues but if this is the norm it maybe explains it.

Also realised I might now be one of those people that gets on a flight & asks if folk could swap so we can sit together…. FFS I am not one of those people (although it has made me realise it’s not always poor planning or being tight that creates these issues, I’m a month away & willing to pay but can’t pick my seats!

Which airline are you booked with?
Ryanair are notoriously difficult if you haven't booked direct through them

Have you contacted the airline directly? They must have your details on the itinerary for the flight and I would assume can provide you with the correct PNR they have for you to do online check in?

Maybe i'm being too simplistic, I book directly with Jet2 Holidays when I do this kind of thing

It’s Sun express to Turkey

Have contacted them also on web chat, they did find my booking & gave me a new PNR to use but it didn’t work with my name, seems it’s what happens.
