Had only just opened when I was there this year but virgin haven't moved so I didn't get to use it. I'm flying aer Lingus this time cos very cheap BC seats!

What's the best way to get between c and a/b as I assume car pickup and drop off is still where it was and c doesn't have its own

C does have parking as well as drop off. There's also a fancy new automated train between terminals, very quick.

Car rental pick-up and return for on-airport locations is in the parking structures connected to Terminals A and B and accessed from Terminal C by APM. There is no car rental service in Terminal C (yet).

Are you sure? Lots of UK holidaymakers posting on the DIBB forum that they've been picking up and dropping off rental cars since March 2023 in MCO Terminal C scratchchin

Lots of firsthand experiences (or liars!) such as this about collection experiences at terminal C.

In addition to all of the renter experiences, Alamos' own website for example states that they are in level 4, terminal C at MCO.

I dont believe so, pickup down across from rental car counters in terminal A and drop-off in the tunnel in the terminal on return.

I used it earlier this month and it was great as we tend to travel further afield from the Orlando area, and the ease of cracking on through the epass lanes instead of stopping was lovely, not to mention the etolls are cheaper and we didn't have to rummage for cash which we hardly used this time in Florida.

March this year, none of the majors had car rental pickup Or drop off, bloody ballache getting from one terminal to the others, wayfinding is piss poor, delays on stand an issue, and baggage before immigration a silly idea…

We walked out of C to B, then used the shuttle bus on the way back, both equally as much of a wait time.

From memory (was there April) all hire companies are now also in C.

We picked up and dropped off our Alamo rental there.

With Alamo we just drove through all the tolls and then they charge you at the end of the trip. There’s a daily admin charge if a toll has been used but it’s capped at something like $30 + tolls.

With vtp we spent $20.86 for 980 miles last year that was 16 tolls

Yeah, we were only $17.88 for 14 tolls on the VTP, just got the statement in the other day - it's a great idea.

Note yesterday’s date. I suspect what is going on now re rental car pick-up and drop-off is some kind of ad-hoc work-around until the facility is built.
