Titisee... Interlake and back to Amsterdam

Hi (me again)
Looking for recommendations for our next road trip... so far the plan is looking like:
Imjuiden to Juechen (lovely hotel there in an old castle)
Baden Baden
Titisee
Interlaken
then struggling for where to stay / go on route back. Thinking of going back via Colmar / Nancy / Luxembourg and Brussels... but want to avoid major cities.
Would really welcome any ideas and also anything that we must see / do either at our destinations or on route. (Google maps view below but open to amending slightly)
