Airport transfers - any discount/tricks/knowledge

Attending the GT Algarve event in July with my father and looking at airport transfers from airport to hotel.

What mode of transfer do people use when transferring from airport to Hotel? I’m seeing prices of £80 return between Faro Airport to Portimao.
Is this right/the norm? It’s a bus shuttle.

I have seen a 15 Euro transfer from Faro to Portimao via a website called omio. But this seems a little too reasonable.

Feels about right - I used https://www.suntransfers.com last August to pick up my son and g/f from Faro to Carvoeiro and it was £120 return in a private taxi - a bus will be cheaper but will probably stop quite a few times.
I can't see how anyone could do it for 15 euro unless its on a bike !

Thank you. That’s the website I’ve seen return for around the £80.
I thought the same with the £15. Seems very cheap considering the distance.

I`ve used these guys many times, always a good price, never had a problem.

Ive used Hoppa quite a few times and had no issues with it. Offers you all the choices (bus shuttles, taxis etc) and always seems reasonable. Can get blue light discount (if you get it) or cashback through TCB.
