I normally fly out of Heathrow and use Business parking. In a couple of weeks I fly to Seville out of Gatwick, Terminal S outbound, Terminal N inbound. I will use the official Gatwick parking, but is it easy to transfer between terminals, and the standard car parks are spacious enough to feel comfortable leaving a decent car for a few days? Any recommendation on which car park (N or S) is better / easier?

Cheers!

I always use the one I am flying out from to save time. On the return not so time critical . It's easy to swap by the train but often takes 20 or more mins as lots of walking .

I haven't parked there for a while but my recollection is that the spaces in most of the car parks are very snug, unless you can get in a corner slot. Long term definitely but I think the short term is similar.

smile I'm usually the exact opposite - I'd leave a little more time and park for the inbound. After a flight I just want to get out & home, but I don't mind a bit of extra time before the outbound flight.

Agree on the transfer though - the monorail is quite quick when fully working, but sometimes only one train is operating so you need to leave a good 20 mins.

I've always found ST short stay easier to drive around than the NT, my wife would probably disagree and isn't a fan on the circular ramps.

One thing to consider if you're flying easyJet and returning late in the evening is the risk of being diverted to the other terminal. It happened to a colleague a month or so ago. Landed at ST shortly after midnight with his car parked in prime position for a speedy get away at NT. It's only a few minutes on the shuttle but bleedin annoying when you just want to get home.

Valet parking - not much more cost, and no worries about getting ‘dinged’ as they photograph all the car in entry as evidence. Don’t know about the logistics of different terminals , but can’t be beyond their capabilities to work it out.
