OK, Ticketmaster have two different websites Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster.co.uk.

A friend in the US has bought some event tickets in US for me and sent them to me through Ticketmaster. They've turned up on a Ticketmaster.com account as opposed to my Ticketmaster.co.uk account. They seem to be completely separate accounts although accessed with the same email address and password.

I've not used the Ticketmaster app before.

If I get the Ticketmaster app on my UK mobile phone will I be able to download the tickets sitting on Ticketmaster.com?

I want to say yes it’s possible.

I went through something similar when buying broadway tickets and ended up with a .com account.

I did manage to get the tickets into my apple wallet which was either through the app or possibly through the browser.

Either way, I did it twice and it worked (but like you was slightly surprised to discover that Ticketmaster was two separate logins and sites etc.

I've used the Ticketmaster.com website for NFL games, last time I was able to log in on mobile on a browser and download the ticket to my Google Wallet and have them there. You'll still be able to view the tickets as normal through the .com website as well.
