I've got a two day trip planned, what are the parking options like, with preference for convenience as a preference over low cost?

We always use the meet and greet, mega convenient and we've always found it reasonable, however the last two times have been off peak I suppose

November was £126 for 9 days
March was £63 for 8 days

Booked through Holiday Extras

Used the multi-storey in Feb half term, only 3-4 minutes walk to the terminal. No spaces til right near the top though, so actually parking took a few minutes. It's new so clean and tidy. Definitely pre-book though, it's horrendous pricing if you turn up on the day.

The open car parks were only a few more minutes walk, so there's plenty of choice.

We normally park at the short stay green (multi-level). Not too far to walk, much more convenient than a coach transfer to other parking.

We bundled in Security & Passport Control FastTrack - the latter saved a reasonable amount of queuing when we arrived back last Sat evening.

What’s your journey to Stansted like?
If it’s like mine, lots of unpredictable motorways. For piece of mind travel the day before and stay in the Premier Inn. You can leave your car in their car park for up to four days at £10 a day.
Use their courtesy bus to and from the terminal.

punch it into holiday extras via quidco , will bring up the onsite options , choose one where you keep the keys if you give two hoots about the car

Depends where you are travelling from. There are buses from Southend via Basildon and Chelmsford every hour. Also one from Basildon via Chelmsford every hour. Currently £2 fare.
