Hopefully one for a quick answer.

If I see a flight (Heathrow to San Francisco) advertised such as Iberia 7443 Operated by BA, does that mean it is a BA plane with BA crew, and I can use the BA lounges in Heathrow if I were to book Business Class?

Similarly, (Chicago to Heathrow) Iberia 4860 Operated by AA is a AA plane with AA Crew, and I can use the AA lounges in Chicago if I book business class?

Yes, yes and yes.

If you’re on a oneworld carrier business class ticket you should be allowed into any oneworld lounge at your departure airport AIUI. At terminal 5 at Heathrow you only have the choice of the BA lounges but at T3 you can choose between BA, Qantas (great gin bar), AA (ice cream sundaes) or Cathay (great Asian food). At least that was the position pre-pandemic - not sure whether all four of those are still open these days.
