Anyone had any dealings with KLM lately?

I booked tickets for four of us online on Sunday.
Noticed on Monday that they'd only issued my ticket.

Much as I appreciate a bit of peace and quiet I think the family would object me leaving them at home.

So after many messages and 40 minutes on hold I got the tickets issued.

I notice today though that they have only taken payment for my ticket.

So back on the messages/ phone and they can't seem to understamd that they've only taken part payment.
'Booking is confirmed Sir',
'I don't understand, Sir'
'You can download the invoice online' etc.
I then generally get cut off as they try to transfer me somewhere else.

Is it just me or has anyone else had similar?

It's almost like they don't want my money, but guaranteed it'll all go pear shaped with the flights if I left it.
