Thoughts on my itinerary

Just wanted to see what people thought of the following itinerary:
Uk - Zurich 3/4 days (to explore Jungfrau region)
Zurich - Rome 3/4 days
Rome - Santorni 7 days (possibly split with another island such as Mykonos)
Total trip about 2 weeks give or take.
No particular reason for choosing those countries other than being places I want to visit.
Does this doable/enough time? Any hints/tips?
