Ok so its snowing there at the moment!
In my middle 50s. Looking for an apartment in Port de Pollensa (NE Mallorca).
Want to collect names of reliable people to contact to start my search / help me with the paperwork.

Unfortunately only English speaking but hopefully that will change since my other half is bi-lingual.

We had an apartment in Cala d'or for 12 years, can't help with suggestions as out of date and solicitors etc tend to be localised even though a small island.
Sounds like you know what you are doing but make sure you spend time out of season wherever you are thinking of purchasing. I loved our time on the island but I wouldn't want to live there!
