Hi,
looking to go away 5-7 days in autumn. 2 adults, 3 dogs.
Ideally looking for super swanky cottage / house / wing of castle etc. bit of wow factor. Anywhere in England or wales (Lived in Scotland before and a bit too far).

Help me find a banging gaff smile

The Hound Lodge at Goodwood?

Goodwood website said:
As the home of the world’s first major foxhunt and the very reason the first Duke of Richmond bought a house at Goodwood in 1697, The Kennels, and later Hound Lodge were considered to be the most luxurious dog houses in the world. By totally restoring Hound Lodge and putting back every creature comfort known to dogs, we hope we have created something very different.

I think 10 bedrooms is a bit OTT for 2 adults.

This is will tick all your boxes, but it's not cheap. We stayed for our wedding anniversary, Bob dog had his own chaise lounge. Very impressive country house with an interesting history.

The Dunes - Perranporth.

Most of the flats are holiday rentals. Most are dog friendly.

Beach is on your door step along with the rest of Cornwall. Village is nice, pub on the beach. Decent Indian. Decent Italian. St Agnes 20 min away. Padstow for fish and chips 45-50 min.

Cornish Horizons look after a lot of them.

One of the penthouses is on Facebook but not sure if they are dog friendly.
