Short ski stay on the way to Italy (Bologna)

We're visiting friends in Bologna in 2 weeks and SWMBO has decided she'd enjoy a stop and spend 1-2 days of skiing on the way there.
We'll be travelling from Belgium, so France, Switzerland, Austria, north of Italy are all possibilities to some extent.

Does anyone have any suggestions (ski area, places to stay)?
We (well, I) are aware it's ever so slightly last minute...

First thing that was suggested is Piani di Bobbio, but the reviews are not necessarily raving.
