Hotels & Driving Tips - Bilbao to Millau

Pretty much as the title says.

We are getting the ferry to Bilbao & wonder if any PHs can recommend hotels with secure parking in Bilbao & Millau.

Any restaurant recommendations also, particularly ones likely to be open on a Sunday in Millau.

Finally any must drive roads between Bilbao & Millau?

Grand Domine in Bilbao. very nice hotel, secure underground parking (yes we could get a ferrari in), close to Guggenheim and city centre

How long have you got to drive to Millau? - its worth diverting to Pico Europas and there are good roads across the Pyrenees if you enter via Biescas in Spain and drop down towards Lourdes via Aucan

Thanks for that, hotel looks ideal.

No time for a detour this trip as heading for Camargue, but couldn't miss the opportunity to see the Millau Bridge.

Not been to the area before but suspect we will be back to explore Pyrenees & northern Spain.
