ANA customer service HELP!

We have had flights to Japan cancelled by them and trying to get through to customer services is nigh on impossible.
Mrs S was trying for 4 hours yesterday and has been on hold for 90 minutes already this morning.
They don’t respond to emails or their twitter answer is phone customer services.
Anybody got a short cut?
I will never use them again and will actually discourage others as well.
Customer service is nonexistent.
