Places to visit whilst staying in Heilbronn

Hi all,
Driving to Germany to visit my girlfriend’s family next week, decided to drive to see some sights on the way and make a trip of it. We are doing the ferry from Dover to Calais and then staying a night in Brussels that we’ve already booked. Will probably drive through Luxembourg and then onto Heilbronn. We have a couple of spare days in between seeing friends and family and I’ve never been to Austria or Switzerland and they’re both only a few hours away so thinking of heading there. Want to see some sights, snow would be nice but know the weather has been very warm recently. A spa hotel would be lovely also but so many options hard to decide a good location so open to all ideas!
