West Highland Way, or Great Glen 1st?

I'm thinking of doing these in the next couple of years on foot, but can't settle on which to start with.

I've done a few 2-3 day cross country walks in Scotland, wildcamping along the way, but nothing this big. Been walking up mountains for 30 years plus though.

If I don't do them soon, I may never. Will be going out of midge season, probably late Sept.

Any experience of both?
