Planning a special trip to Ibiza next year - and would be very grateful for both hotel, and restaurant recommendations.
Budget is plenty (hopefully !)

In which case I would look at the Six Senses or Seven Pines. They are both relatively remote and not exactly handy for anywhere (albeit most places on the isle can be reached in under 30-40minutes), however their positions on headlands with the sunsets are impressive.
