Unique private wedding destinations

We are tempted to get married abroad in an intimate fairly informal ceremony abroad.
Want somewhere with the wow factor which is isolated from the hustle and bustle, but not to far from some entertainment of sorts for a 4 year old for a holiday/honeymoon afterwards.
We got engaged in Iceland, and had a brilliant pre-parents trip to Croatia so want to continue to create countries with special meanings to us.
The plan is to invite to closest friends and family but with no pressure on them to come as we’ll just have a party at home after. We’re not ones for 200+ people wedding with extravagant fuss.
Any suggestions? A mountain in Switzerland or lake in Austria I’ve though of as possibilities but want one we can get too easily and keep intimate.
We drove to the top of mount biokovo in Croatia so somewhere like that has potential
