Sardinia - North/East (Olbia airport) where to go?
Discussion
Went to a wedding in Sardinia a few years ago (at some faceless mega posh hotel on the Emerald Coast) and we all stayed as a group in various hotels/B&B's in Santa Teresa Gallura.
Some nice places to eat and drink and lovely beach. I'm sure there would be nice walks from here but we didn't bother. It was about an hour from Olbia.

We went to Sardinia this year and stayed in Costa del Paradiso. The views are better than the pictures!

It was a 25 min walk to the restaurants or 5min drive. The little supermarket in town was expensive but had great food, particularly the butcher.
The best thing we did was visiting this vineyard for a tasting and dinner - it felt like joining a family dinner, all the food came from various family farms and the wines were great and very plentiful:

Went to Sardinia in 2019 and stayed on a resort in the middle of nowhere, although we did have a car. If we went again we'd stay in Golfo Aranchi area so that we didn't have to drive out every night for food/shops. Further north along the coast appeared to be more for those people with big bucks to spend, but it was nice!
