Hiking in Slovenia - From Ljubljana

Visiting Ljubljana with some mates next summer and would like a decent 2 day hike / 2 days exploring in the Julian mountains. Ive seen some images from Lake Bled area but also Soca and the waterfall there.

Want to see as much as possible in 2 days with 1 day and night in the capital so hopefully we can travel out to the mountains fairly quickly.

I know we don't have much time but trying to fit as much in as possible.

Any interesting things like cliff jumping, white water rafting, cycling, mountain scooters, paragliding etc. would all make it better.

Does anyone have any experience of the area?
