As per title really. We are travelling from Alicante Airport at the weekend. 7 adults, 3 children and 3 infants. The transfer that we had booked through our travel agents turns out to have 2/5 on Google reviews. So many bad reviews and warnings so we cancelled them.

So I'm quickly trying to find another transfer company to get us all an hour up the road near Benidorm area. Can anyone recommend any company at all? I'm looking at Suntransfers.com but not sure if their good rating is genuine. Anyone travelled with them?

The big issue is the age of the party, 3 requiring baby seats and at least 2 children will need boosters. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I’ve looked at Beniconnect but they couldn’t oblige. I’ve booked Solhop now. Fingers crossed.

I`ve always used https://www.suntransfers.com/?msclkid=1414ccf85981... for a taxi, looking at their site you could get a mini bus.

I recently done that journey and used Hoppa, who used ABAS. Booked with 2 days notice and perfectly fine!

We just used Hoppa in Crete.

On one hand, the experience at the airport was a confusing farce, with the agent (who seemed to represent several services from the same hatch thingie) seemingly totally unable / unwilling to tell us or any of the other brits what was going on. They also seemed very surprised to see us, and had a right old flap in excited foreign down the phone when they realised we had paid for the "be there in 45 minutes" premium service. They made it very clear to us that the driver was really pissed off at having to change his plans!

On the other hand, true to booking, they had us there as the 2nd drop off, on time. The driver was lovely to us, and the coach was good for holiday standards.
Return trip, we had a whole 52 seater to ourselves, because as the driver explained, the other coach wouldn't be quick enough.

So overall, we'd use them again - just put the surly airport people down to it being an airport, and everyone is miserable in an airport!!

I use a local taxi firm http://www.coveta-xi.es/ great prices and you can specify the number of people and extras like child seats.

Thanks for recommendations. Solhop went well in the end. I got a bit worried when they wanted paying before we went, as their website says "pay the driver". Nice mini coach collected us from Alicante as booked. Return bus was smaller but got us all in. Both ways there was a trailer on the back which was crucial as we had loads of baby gear like prams and travel cots.

The return bus arrived an hour before allotted time but didn't hassle us at all, no last minute worries. No complaints, which is high praise indeed from me.
