B&B near/in Mevagissey?

Hi all
can anyone recommend a B&B that might be able to do 2 rooms, 1 adult in each, in area above? Early September so hoping demand may be a bit less but ought to sort booking now I imagine.

My searches so far bringing up hotels at £120 ish per night per person. Hoping to do slightly better. Or I could be out of touch, long time since Ive been B&B ing, 10 years or so. used to be about £40 per night then.

Two rooms more suited to an AirBnB/Holiday let.

The old Sharksfin Hotel on the harbour has been converted to flats above, and many are holiday lets (E.g. http://www.sharksfin.co.uk/) so worth looking around the usual sites.
