Anyone encountered them?

I found myself on one of their Embraer E190/E195s yesterday when I thought I was getting a Lufthansa flight.

I have to say I found them quite good. Polite Italian crew, new plane, clean and even free biscuits.

I’ve used them before and been fine. They’re owned by Lufthansa (or at least were last time I used them).
