From the information I can find, both destinations require you to be "fully vaccinated".

But its unclear if this means two jabs or more? And if more, how soon after a booster can I travel?

Don’t know about India but we went to Cape Verde without being vaccinated back in January. At that time everybody had to have a negative test although I think that has gone now.

I checked and I'm sure it just said that you have to be fully vaccinated.

Similar when I went to France, but their idea of fully vaccinated is double jabbed + booster.

This is what TUI say for Cape Verde

https://www.tui.co.uk/holidays/where-can-i-go-on-h...

Or even the official CV site

https://travel.gov.cv/

A negative test will suffice
