Travel advice to Spain, what covid passport for 12 year old?
Discussion
Some people have said that nobody is checking anything- random checks so you may be unlucky
I would be inclined to go for the cheapest LFT test you can get to be taken 24 hours before arrival just to be safe. And fill in tne PLF for Spain.
It’s a pain but probably easier that getting records updated or having a booster

Managed to get this sorted.
12 year old wouldn’t register the same way as us as the mobile number wouldn’t match when trying to logon to NHS Login
Created a new account so that it would email a crossed.
Needed to do the whole video check and proof of ID
Took over night but link arrived to email we setup
Although couldn’t log in straight off as he was too young for the app, need to be 13
Tried again with mobile security number and logged on line and now have downloaded a covid passport which is basically a QR and date of vaccination

We were checked at the airport upon arrival in Spain yesterday, but only a cursory glance and no detail checked. Some friends arrived on the boat the day before and the 4 of them were not checked at all.
The Spanish are insisting masks are worn in some cases - taxi’s etc but I feel it’s at whoever’s discretion rather than blanket rules.
