Rouen low emissions zone

Just checking a trip I’m doing next week and Google maps threw up a message saying that there is a low emissions zone in Rouen, which I’ll be passing through. From what I can see that doesn’t apply to private transport (yet). Is anyone able to confirm? I’ve got very patchy French so want to avoid having to discuss the issue en route.
