Spain - do you 'really' need a booster to get in???
Discussion
I believe the current Spanish COVID travel reqs require a vaccine or booster within the last 270 days. I've had both jabs last year but can't be arsed with the booster for lots of reasons.
Are they still just checking the SPTH forms on your phone - they aren't requiring you to go back to the NHS App and show all 3 shots are they?
Last time I went it was the quickest of flashes to someone as we walked to security but that was a few months ago.
Flying into PMI if that makes a difference
cheers

So update from PMI - Didn't need to worry about anything. A scan of the Spanish Locator form and that was it, no checks of Covid tests/recovery or anything like that. Some people in front hadn't even bothered doing any forms/NHS pass, openly said they'd only had 2 shots and still got waved through to enjoy their holiday.
Had a simialr experience in Tenerife last week.
I arrived witrh my partner, we both had printed off docs to show vaccine status, but after we went thru passport control, no-one asked to see them, albeit I was asked how many jabs I had had.
Initiaqlly I replied 2, but then corrected myslef to 3 as I was walking past the person the asking the question, and nothing more was said, or asked for.
I'm off to Majorca in 10 days, but travelling with my 2 teenagers, so am hoping for a siimilar experience.
They've only had 1 jab each (Jan this year) so I *think* they might need a test 48 hours before flight, but I really cant see the point in the current climate if no-one actually cares.

I'm off to Spain at the end of July, I'm having my booster next week (don't really want to), but it's purely to avoid all the crap of tests/locator forms etc. At first I was content to do the test before going, but sods law something will go wrong, at least with the booster I don't need to do anything.

Providing you don’t get poorly from the booster I suppose. there are ways of providing a negative LFT within 24 hours if you really don’t want the booster.
And before anyone says that means you could take covid in with you, please enlighten me as to how a vaccinated person who does not need a test is guaranteed not to take covid in with them………….
