Usual pre-departure question for those who have recently used this service - any recent experience with getting through the port, is this likely to be similar to Dover (occasional chaos)??

Thanks

Did the run out of there three weeks ago and came back last week. The ferry was absolutely rammed full. so loading unloading took a while. Worst queue was passport control back in the UK. Hundreds of vehicles and only 4 desks open.

From docking to getting back on the road took the best part of 2 hrs.

Did this two weekends ago on the Sunday. Absolutely no problems at all. No massive tailbacks and through check in and ready to board in circa 30 minutes.
First time I’ve done it having avoided the ferry to Spain for years and must admit I was impressed by how hassle free the whole experience was.
