For various reasons (Well, one... : irked: ) I haven't done a channel crossing for a while, not since before we actually left the EU and the rules changed.

Just wondering what people's experiences are on the ground? Are they pulling people over for a look?

12 bottles of fizz, 24 of wine. Hoping not to make it about Brexit itself, more about the reality on the ground. smile

As long as you aren’t filling a van up then I would have thought you would be ok. A few of the Calais wine stores have shut down due to the loss of traffic over the last couple of years but there are still a few that are open.

One of the benefits of self-levelling suspension. wink

I've never bothered with the Calais stores, we're normally in a bit of a rush by then. We usually spend a week testing the local offerings before choosing where we're staying.
