Hi All

Anyone have experience of the above?

I ordered a new one for a trip from Calais to Como, but the two toll booths I have been through it refused to work!

I have a 991.2 - is there anywhere "special" that I have to stick it to the windscreen? The instructions say behind the rear view mirror to the right, but in my schoolboy French at the second toll, the chap said on the left!

Here are the instructions in case I have misinterpreted.

https://www.bipandgo.com/en/aide/mon-badge-bip-go/...

The tag is definitely registered and active as the guys at the toll booth manually entered its serial number and it let me through.

The Bip & Go office is closed at the weekend, so any advice gratefully received!

Thank you!

John

Ours worked fine in some toll booths, but you had to wave it about in others to get it read. Always seemed good in the 15kph rolling booth though whenever there was one - possibly those have more effective scanning than the others.

Always amuses me how whenever an English reg car approaches the booths how all the local ones behind do a suicide lane change to another one the moment they realise which one you're going for. smile

Had mine for years, has always worked like a dream.

Can you try taping it to the outside of the screen for one entry toll booth to see if the windscreen is complicating the passage of the signal?

Are these different to the Emovis tags? Same thing, but different branding, or a different manufacture?

Don't have the black / shaded area on my windscreen, so just put it up by the mirror and it was fine.

We've got a BIP&GO on our car, works perfectly.

Ours in behind the rear view mirror (RRS)

Emovis here too - Audi A7 and Tesla have worked no problem, both next to rear view mirror.

Thanks all

Tried so many times and now given up.

I have no black dots on the windscreen.

I guess it's faulty.

I’ve had Bip n Go for around 10 years never had a failure to open.
Is it fixed or are you waving it about?
Remember the face with the bracket is the one that faces the sensors

I have one, works great. It's stuck behind the rear view mirror in the dotted area.
