Mallorcan villas with toddler

Hiya,

Looking to see if anyone has had a villa and pool out there with toddlers.

It gives me the willies even looking for them with no barriers etc.

Maybe look at France.

You have to legally have protection (rigid cover, fence etc) in France, so all villas should be safe.

An alarm is also classed as protection in France so no guarantee of a physical barrier there I'm afraid.

Interesting - when I had my place there, that wasn’t an option - when did that come in?

When I was in the canaries it was apparently a legal requirement and the villa we had had a screen.

Not sure about France late September tbh but thanks.

Loi Raffarin introduced in 2006 but it only applies to in ground / ground level pools, not above ground or inflatable / built up etc....
